The M7 Restaurant by Mercure Beaune has taken up its summer quarters and invites you to discover its two sunny terraces and carefully decorated bioclimatic pergola, overlooking our magnificent swimming pool. Make the most of these living spaces, where a vacation atmosphere reigns in the heart of Beaune, especially as Chef Philippe Legrand’s menu is in summer mode, with colorful plates, fresh produce, salads, vegetarian recipes and more.
This season’s signature dish, an exquisite ‘Noix de joue de boeuf confite en carpaccio, garniture Bourguignonne’, revisits the terroir with originality and lightness.
The lunch menu, Monday to Friday, is €19 (main course & dessert) or €26 (starter, main course & dessert), accompanied by a nectar from our fabulous wine cellar.
