Wine sale 2022
This Thursday, November 17, 2022 will begin the 162nd edition of the famous Hospices de Beaune wine auction. A wine charity sale recognized in France and abroad, this year we too are participating in our own way!
This annual event has been held in Burgundy since 1859. The Beaune Wine Auction is considered one of the most prestigious wine auctions in the world and is a must-attend event for wine lovers and professionals from around the world.
During this event, which always takes place on the third Sunday of November, professionals of the wine industry and wine lovers of the good wines of our region meet for the annual festivities.
You will be able to attend the half-marathon, street shows in the city center, parade, gastronomic village and finally the mythical auction. Wine connoisseurs will be able to appreciate, discover and exchange with the winemakers present to taste all their vintages. This year, the donations collected will be donated to the associations in favor of the children’s cause: Princesse Margot and Vision du Monde.
For this 162nd edition, our chef Philippe LEGRAND and Romain BORDIAUX the chef of the Greet hotel & restooo Beaune will cook together. Would you like to taste one of their preparations? Come to the Place Carnot, in the center of Beaune: savory dishes and sweet dishes just as tasty will be offered.
If you are used to the Beaune wine sale, you know that we have been participating for several years. This year, a new partner will be present on our stand for even more animation: the local wine merchant Bouchard Ainé & Fils! Thank you to them for accompanying us during this event.
We particularly appreciate talking with you during this popular event in our city, we hope to see many of you there again this year.
However, if you are not available on this great occasion, we will gladly welcome you for lunch or dinner at the M7 Restaurant, Monday through Sunday!
