Our Chef, Christian Sirurguet, and its team employ only products that are freshly in season. They present them with great care and offer gourmet dishes, inspired from burgundy traditional cuisine.
Marbled ham, poached eggs in wine sauce, snails or burgundy beef stew are all together in the same menu for the pleasure of typical dishes amateurs.
If you wish to taste seasonal dishes, come and enjoy our Sturgeon steak, sweet-and-sour of honey and fennel or our Velvety small pumpkin and crisp comté.
Our Chef is also proud to introduce its signature meal : pheasant roasted in herbs and “comté” crust, Burgundy-style mashed potatoes.
